The game’s general premise

In PARANORMASIGHT: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo, players must explore the story’s complex plot filled with deadly curses and ominous events while deciphering the abstruse puzzles to unravel the mystery behind the fatal occurrences. The game starts with Shogo Okiie and Yoko Fukunaga setting off on a probe one evening in Kinshibori Park to uncover the truth behind an urban legend that has been the subject of conversation lately. 

Soon after their investigation, Shogo and Yoko are plagued by an unexplainable curse that leads them to seek further answers. Little did they know that the enigmatic events constitute the foundation of the Rite of Resurrection, a wicked practice that empowers the possessor to bring back a dead person to life. The catch, however, is that someone will be indiscriminately killed in exchange for a dead person being resurrected.

The truly engaging gameplay is attributed to the game’s 360-degree viewpoint and ambient background. Furthermore, the ability of players to switch between different character perspectives and replay some scenarios makes the narrative progress in a nonlinear fashion. This enables players to alter the story’s trajectory so as to prevent gruesome endings for each character. Keep in mind that the game contains explicit material, rendering it inappropriate for younger players.
